Jelly Bean has got another home, Karbonn is set to launch a Jelly Bean-based tablet with 9.7 inches screen size in
September. Jelly Bean is the latest 4.1 version of Android OS for Smartphones, which Google unveiled recently at an event in San Francisco.Google Nexus 7 is the first tablet to be powered by Jelly Bean which will come at a price of $199.Karbonn has taken the tablet market by surprise by announcing this tablet power by Jelly Bean. Jelly Bean is specifically designed for Google Play thus Nexus 7 will recover it for Google when the end-user will buy content. Karbonn may be eying to cash on the buzz generated by Jelly Bean by announcing its tablet at such a ripe moment.
It will be wrong to say that Karbonn may give tough competition to Google Nexus 7, as it is only a speculation that Nexus 7 will hit the Indian markets in end-September. Till now no official confirmation has come for the same. Add to it the fact that Nexus S phone is not sold in India; Google may bypass India once again. Also Google plans to recover cost and make money by selling Nexus 7 tablet at low prices but in the hope that end-user will buy paid applications, an average Indian’s profile does not matches with what Google is looking for. On the other hand, Karbonn by being true to its ‘value for money’ image may be able to penetrate the market well.

I’m desperately waiting for the launch of Nexus 7 in India but I think Google is once again not gonna unveil it in India, just like Galaxy Nexus. But if Karbonn launches a Jelly Bean tablet, I will certainly go for it
!
Thats what I said^ go for it
