Rahul Gandhi has got nine deadly weapons and who is on his ‘to kill’ list? Corruption! Yes it is official. Arvind Kejriwal has vigorously shaken Congress top brass ahead of Loksabha elections 2014. So much so, that a new poster unveiled by Congress General Secretary Ajay Maken has straight away projected Rahul Gandhi as the real crusader against corruption.

In the run up to elections when Loksabha elections are only few months away, this poster signifying Rahul Gandhi as the anti-corruption crusader is meant to be taken seriously. According to the poster, Rahul Gandhi has nine weapons with which he will fight corruption if he is voted into power. Here are the nine weapons:
Weapon #1, 2 and 3 are the Black Money Regulation Act, Lokpal and the Right to Information Act respectively, which Rahul Gandhi has been using effectively to fight corruption from the last two terms of the UPA (Sarcasm intended).
Rahul Gandhi will use this weapon to fight corruption though we wonder what the recently passed Lokpal bill is then supposed to do.
Activist Safety Bill
Rahul Gandhi will use this weapon to ensure that activists can practice their activism safely. Which activists? This still remains unclarified.
Foreign and Government Officers Bribery Control Bill
With this weapon, Rahul Gandhi will try to prevent foreign and government officers from taking bribes. It’s a first for politics as Rahul Gandhi is not only aiming to end the bribery culture in India but also prevent foreign officers from taking favours.
Right of Citizens for Time bound services bill
This weapon will not only kill corruption but will also facilitate Indian citizens’ march towards development as they will save on the time which is lost in running from pillar to post for services.
Citizen and Humanitarian Responsibility Bill
We will get back to you once even we are clear what this weapon is all about.
Government Property Purchase Bill
With this weapon Rahul Gandhi will ensure that government property is purchased meeting respectable standards of accountability and transparency.
